About Healthy Communities Partnership
Healthy Communities Partnership of Franklin County (HCP) began in 1993 when the Franklin County Health Care Consortium was founded by a passionate group of community leaders concerned about the overall health in Franklin County.
HCP is comprised of representatives from health-care, human service agencies, government, education, faith, and business communities.
If you value a united effort to raising our quality of life and are committed to supporting this cause, you can become a partner. HCP is always looking for passionate people who want to make this community better for everyone.
