Week 1 of #GoGirlsGoesVirtual is officially complete! Let's celebrate by kicking off week 2 with a workout!


Indoor workout:

Here's a 10-minute HIIT workout for you to do today. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and involves quick bursts of high intensity movements, followed by a short rest period. This type of exercise is good for getting your heart rate up and burning lots of calories in a short amount of time. Do the workout video at least once, but if you're left still wanting more exercise after, replay and do the workout a second time, and if you've got a lot of energy today go for a third time!


Run/Walk:

Warmup with a 5 minute walk (also include one of the runner's warmup videos at our Youtube channel.

Then jog for one minute and walk for one minute. Repeat 8 times.



Don't forget to LOG your workout when you're finished!
