You guys have been working hard these past two weeks, so today we're going to focus on flexibility. Follow along with Coach Jimbo as he shows us his daily foot movement routine:
Warmup with a 5-minute walk. Then jog for one-minute and walk for 30-seconds.
Repeat 10 times.
