Before we get started with today's workout, we have a quick update about the program. Starting next week we will be giving out prizes to the girls that log their workouts! We will randomly pick one girl per school for the next 4 weeks to receive a prize. Each workout logged = one entry, so the more workouts you log the better your chances are at winning! Indoor workout: Grab some paper plates, frisbees, cones, or whatever you have in your home and do this fun drill workout with your family:
Run/Walk: Warm up with a 5-minute walk. Then jog for one minute and walk for 30 seconds. Repeat 15 times.
