Today's indoor workout:
The Name Game, using the photo posted below spell out your name by doing the exercises assigned to each letter. Take it up a notch and do your full name or keep it simple and spell out your nickname, you decide!
Warmup with a 5 minute walk. Then jog for 30 seconds and walk for one minute, repeat 8 times.
