We made it to Week 4! Almost halfway to our 5k, keep going you can do it!

Indoor workout: Today we're focusing on our core. Here's a video to show you some core exercises you can do inside your house:

Run/Walk: Warmup with a 5 minute walk. Then jog for 3 minutes and walk for 1 minute. Repeat 7 times.
