In our last two weeks we're going to revisit some of our favorite workouts we've posted. You're so close to race day, keep up the hard work!

Indoor workout:

Run/Walk: Warm up with a 5 minute walk. Then jog for 20 minutes, walk for five minutes, and jog for 15 minutes. Repeat 2 times.
