Elementary Student Assistance Program (ESAP)

The Elementary Student Assistance Program (ESAP) supports students facing barriers to learning and success. Your school's ESAP team can connect you with services and resources available within the school and, when necessary, in the community. Each ESAP team is made up of school staff members and HCP staff who are committed to helping students and families. Although the teams do not diagnose, treat, or make referrals for treatment, they can assist families in identifying the most suitable options to address their needs.
